• be fluent in Mandarin with at least one more language in English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, etc.
• be a fast learner, a creative thinker, a conceptual designer, and a stubborn  problem solver.

We are looking for consultants who enjoy solving complex business problems using strategic, business or technical approaches.  A qualified candidate should

• have capability to conceptualize business requirements, business process, and business issues to propose, present and communicate the various solutions to our clients, our partners and our teams,
• have technical backgrounds in some programming languages,
• have proven works to work on complex or team projects,
• hold a MBA/MS/BS degree, study overseas a plus
• be fluent in Mandarin with at least one more language in English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, etc.
• have the attitudes that are analysis oriented, detail oriented, solution-oriented, and team-work oriented,
• be a fast learner, a creative thinker, a conceptual designer, and a flexible problem solver.
